Blake is polite, patient, courteous and informative, answering any concerns with patience. For my service, they had spotted that a part installed years ago by a dealership service provider was not the correct part required for my car. I have honestly only ever left one other public review, however, after randomly contacting Blake @ New Gen Mechanical a few months ago,  my experience has been only positive. Blake has repeatedly demonstrated a very in-depth understanding of all things mechanical, and has consistently gone out of his way, (which is def not typical), when assisting me to solve complex issues. When speaking with him, he’s always extremely friendly and polite and it’s obvious that he’s a genuine car enthusiast, that actually cares about the outcome. I stumbled upon New Gen Mechanical by pure luck on a review site when I needed urgent engine work on my BMW 4 Series and my normal mechanic was fully booked out and I'm so glad I did! From the very first interaction, Blake (the Workshop Manager) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable. The engine repairs were completed spot on, with detailed workmanship, and Blake even followed up with a personal call after a few thousand kilometres to have me bring the car back for a complimentary double check, that's the kind of proactive service you rarely see these days! Not long after, I needed to get my VW Touareg ready for a roadworthy inspection under a tight deadline. Blake went absolutely above and beyond, he sourced parts quickly, kept me updated throughout, and I'm convinced the team worked overtime to ensure everything was finished on time. With my past experiences at other mechanics, I doubt it would have been possible elsewhere, but New Gen Mechanical made it happen without any stress. They've since serviced my BMW again, and once more, the service was flawless, professional, transparent, and top quality on both European cars. Blake and the team at New Gen Mechanical have earned my complete trust. They're honest, reliable, and truly put the customer first. I'll be recommending them to all my family and friends for any car servicing or repairs.
